On 2 December 2013, Vietnam Competition Agency published preliminary antidumping duties on steel imports from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Taiwan. The ruling is a result of a five-month inspection by Vietnam Competition Agency (VCA) following complaints from Posco VST Co Ltd and Hoa Binh Inox JSC, who represent all Vietnamese steelmakers.
VCA thus levies the anti-dumping duties within 120 days on the steel imports of these exporters. The following table shows antidumping duties applicable to each known exporters.
