On March 31, 2014 the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) terminated the Countervailing Duty (CVD) Investigations on Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) from Indonesia and China pursuant to section 782(h)(1) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.207(c). In the preliminary determination Indonesia received 0.069% (de minimis) CVD rate.

Throughout the CVD investigation, JWK Law Office has been successfully representing the Government of Indonesia as well as assisting PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia as the sole exporter of MSG from Indonesia to the US market.
