On 18 November 2011, the Minister of Finance of RI issued Regulation No. 171/PMK.011/2011 which revised its previous Regulation No. 196/PMK.011/2010 on imposition of antidumping duties on imported polyester staple fiber (HS 5503.20.00.00) from India, China and Taiwan.

The only revision is on the name of the Chinese exporter/ producer from Jinjiang Kwan Lee Co. Ltd. to Jinjiang Kwan Lee Da Hesne-Bonded Fabric Co. Ltd. that is subject to 0% AD duty. The new AD duties are applicable immediately on the date of the issuance of the Regulation.
