On 14 June 2019, Indonesia for the first time has been proposed nominations for the Indicative List of Governmental and Non-Governmental Panelists in accordance with Article 8.4 of the DSU. Mr. Joseph Wira Koesnaidi, managing partner of JWK Law Office, has been nominated by the Government of Indonesia to be included in the WTO Panel roster list and the nomination has been approved by all WTO Members in the Dispute Settlement Body meeting on 24 June 2019. Mr. Koesnaidi has extensive experiences representing the Government of Indonesia at panel or appeal stages in various WTO litigations as respondent or as third parties.
