On 21 September 2015, the Government of Malaysia makes a negative preliminary determination of antidumping duty investigation regarding imports of CRS from Chinese Taipei, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Japan, People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Korea and Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for the reason that there is no material injury suffered by the domestic industry in Malaysia producing the like product that classified under H.S Code 721931000, 721932000, 721933000, 721934000, 721935000, 722020130, 722020190 and 722020900 and AHTN 7219310000, 7219320000, 7219330000, 7219340000, 7219350000, 7220201000, 7220209010 and 7220209090.

Consequently, the Malaysian government terminates the investigation in relation to the subject merchandise.
