Negative Preliminary CVD Rate On Imports Of Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From Indonesia

On 29th May 2013 US Department of Commerce (US DOC) announced its preliminary determination for the investigation on imports of Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp. Indonesia and Ecuador got negative preliminary countervailing duty determination. Detailed rates for each of Indonesian mandatory respondents are as follow:

On the contrary, affirmative preliminary CVD determinations are imposed to China (5,76%), India (11,32%), Thailand (2,09%), Vietnam (7,05%) and Malaysia (62,74%).

This case was initiated based on a petition filed by Coalition of Gulf Shrimp Industries on 28th December 2012.
