Last December 2011, Indonesian Antidumping Committee (KADI) decided to conduct an evaluation on the effectiveness of the antidumping duty imposed on BOPP Film (HS 3920.20.00.10) from Thailand.

Previously, BOPP Film from Thailand is subject to antidumping duties of 10 – 15% for its three producers or exporters based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 183/PMK.011/2009 dated 16 November 2009. The imposition of the antidumping duties is scheduled to end on 16 November 2012.
