On 27 August 2014 KADI begins investigation on imported wheat flour which is classified under the tariff code 1101.00.10 from India, Turkey and Sri Lanka. Data from Central Statistic Agency reveals that import from these three alleged countries amounts for 86% of the total import of wheat flour in 2013.

The complaint was brought by Indonesia Flour Producer Association (Aptindo) which represents, among others, Bogasari, Sriboga Flour Mill, Eastern Pearl Flour Mills, Panganmas Inti Persada and Pundi Kencana.
