On 27 October 2017, KADI initiated Sunset Review Anti-Dumping Investigation regarding antidumping duties on imported I and H with the tariff codes: 7216.32.10, 7216.32.90, 7216.33.11, and 7216.33.19 (amendment of codes 7216.32.00.00 and 7216.33.00.00 BTKI 2012), imported or originating from China. This review was done based on the request of PT. Gunung Garuda, which stated that there is likelihood of continuance or recurrence of dumping and injury towards the domestic industry. It should be noted that this is the second sunset review investigation on imported I and H secton  from China. 

The existing anti-dumping measure is regulated by Minister of Finance Regulation No. 242/PMK.010/2015 dated 23 December 2015, which will be expired on 23 December 2018

From the analysis of the application that were submitted, there had been preliminary evidences of the continuance or recurrence of dumping and injury to the Indonesian domestic industry if the existing measure will be expired.
