On 4 September 2015 Indonesian Antidumping Committee (KADI) initiated a sunset review investigation on imported Cold Rolled Coil/Sheet from Japan, Korea, China, Vietnam, and Thailand based on a request filed by PT Krakatau Steel Tbk.

The Products Under Investigation fall within the HS Code of 7209.16.00.10, 7209.17.00.10, 7209.18.99.00, 7209.26.00.10, 7209.27.00.10, 7209.28.90.00, 7209.90.90.00, 7211.23.90.90, 7211.29.90.00, and 7211.90.10.00.

The original anti dumping duty based on Minister of Finance Regulation Number 65/PMK.011/2013 for imports originating in China ranging from 13.6% - 43.5%, 18.6% - 55.6% for Japan; 10.1% - 11% for Korea; 5.9% - 10.6% for Taiwan and 12.3% - 27.8% for Vietnam.

Based on Indonesia Statistic Agency data, the total of Indonesia CRC/S import volume in 2012 – 2014 was 937.252 MT, 688.039 MT and 233.609 MT respectively.

KADI allows interested parties who want to participate in this case to submit a notification within 14 days after the initiation date.
