On 9 December 2014, KADI announced that it has initiated an interim review investigation on the existing antidumping measure pursuant to Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 196/PKM.011/2010 dated 23 November 2010 against imported Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF), which is classified under the tariff code 5503.20.00.00 from China.

KADI’s preliminary finding based on the application submitted by the Domestic Industries reveals the existence of dumped imports from China. Moreover, there are Chinese exporters/producers which were not found to be dumping in the initial investigation were subject to 0% dumping margin and that this condition would potentially continue to cause injury to the Domestic Industries.

Other interested parties who wish to participate in this investigation may submit their request to KADI at the latest until 23 December 2014.
