On 26 September 2017, KADI initiated interim review anti dumping investigation on imported Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephtalate (BOPET), based on a request filed by A.J Plast Public Company Limited and SRF Industries (Thailand) Limited as an exporter/producer from Thailand in order to review the imposition of anti dumping duty based on the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 221/PMK.010/2015.

The Product Under Investigation is BOPET, which classified under tariff codes 3920.62.10 and 3920.62.90 which imported from India, China, and Thailand.

Based on the request from both exporter/producer as mentioned above, KADI has found the preliminary evidence that there are change circumstances in relation with domestic price and export price to Indonesia.
