Based on petition by PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk., on December 6, 2024 KADI initiates antidumping investigation on imports of Polypropylene Homopolymer from Saudi Arabia, Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. The product under investigation falls under Indonesian Tariff Code of 3902.10.40.

The period of investigation set by KADI for this case is 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024. KADI stated that during this period, 93% of imports originated from the alleged countries. All interested parties wishing to present any information, response, or request for hearing may submit their request in writing to KADI.
