On 31^st July 2013 KADI initiated an investigation on imported Spin Draw Yarn (SDY) that falls under the HS code 5402.47.00.00 from China, Malaysia, South Korea and Taiwan. This investigation was initiated based on the application by PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk. and PT. Indorama Ventures Indonesia.

KADI have studied the application and found strong indication of dumped imports of SDY from the above countries that is harmful to domestic industry.

KADI encourage all interested parties to submit additional information or response concerning the said investigation.
