On 2^nd August 2013, KADI started investigation on imported Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) that falls under HS code 5402.46.00.00 from China, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand.

This investigation was based on the application by PT. Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk., PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. and PT. Indorama Polyester Industries Indonesia.

KADI have studied and analyzed the application and found strong indication of dumped imported DTY from the above countries that is harmful to domestic industries.

KADI encourage all interested parties to submit additional information or response related to the said investigation.
