On 7 July 2014, Ministry of Finance issued Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 137.1/PMK.011/2014 concerning The Imposition of Safeguard Duty Against Imported Flat-Rolled Products of Iron or Non-Alloy Steel.
Products subject to this regulation is imported flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, of a width of 600 mm or more, plated or coated with alloyed aluminum-zinc alloys, containing by weight less than 0.6% of carbon, of a thickness not exceeding 0.7 mm with tariff classification of EX. 7210.61.11.00.
This safeguard duty is valid for three years, with detail as follows:
