On 28 November 2013 Indonesia enacted Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 169/PMK.011/2013 concerning Imposition on Antidumping Duty on Imports of Hot Rolled Coil from China, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Taiwan and Thailand. JWK Law Office have successfully defended the interest of the Indonesian HRC Producers.
Products subject to this antidumping duty are Flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, of a width of 600mm or more, hot-rolled, not clad, plated or coated, in coils, that fall under the HS codes of 7208.10.00.00, 7208.25.00.00, 7208.26.00.00, 7208.27.10.00, 7208.27.90.00, 7208.36.00.00, 7208.37.00.00, 7208.38.00.00, 7208.39.00.00, and ex. 7208.90.00.00.
