JWK Law Office successfully represents Indonesian domestic producer in anti dumping investigation on imported Frit. On 22 November 2017, the Minister of Finance has enacted the Minister of Finance Regulation No.170/PMK.010/2017 concerning the Imposition of Anti Dumping Duty on Imported Frit From China.

The imported products that imposed with anti dumping duty is imported frit and glaze or similar preparations which may be verified and used in the ceramic industry other than engobes (slip), in the form of powder, granules, flakes, or liquids which classified under tariff post ex. 3207.20.90; and glass frit and other glass in the form of powder, granules or flakes that included in tariff post 3207.40.00.
