On August 6, 2013, through Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 108/PMK/011/2013, Government of Indonesia imposed safeguard measure on imports of seamless pipe casing and tubing made from iron or steel, with diameter width from minimum of 2 3/8" to maximum of 14", and with yield strength of equal or more than 75,000 Psi, worked or un-worked pipe-end, under HS Code ex. 7304.29.00.90 are subject to safeguard measure.
This safeguard measure is applicable to imports originating from all countries and will be implemented for four years, with the following terms:
