On 5 August 2019, the Minister of Finance has enacted the Minister of Finance Regulation No.114/PMK.010/2019 concerning the Imposition of Anti-Dumping Measure on Imported Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) from India, RRT and, Chinese Taipei. KADI has reported its recommendation to extend the anti-dumping measure based on their sunset review investigation, which was initiated on 25 May 2018.

The imported product that imposed with the anti-dumping measure is polyester staple fiber, which classified under tariff codes: 5503.20.00.

The anti-dumping measures will extend for three years, since 19 August 2019. The anti-dumping duty for India is 5.82% - 16.67%, for RRT is 13% - 16.1% and for Taiwan is 28.47%.
