On 17 September 2015, the Government of Malaysia made a preliminary determination that a dumping margin exist with regard to product under the H.S. Code Numbers 721070210, 721070290 and 721070900 and AHTN 7210701000, 7210709020 and 7210709090, and that the domestic industry in Malaysia has suffered a material injury.

The dumping margin and provisional antidumping duties of People’s Republic of China is 52.1 %, and Socialist Republic of Viet Nam is ranging from 5,68% - 16,45%.

A final determination in relation to the investigation shall be made within the period of 120 days from 26 September 2015.
